Vada pawa

      Along with all the aromatic food smell you get while crossing khau gali one that's most close to my heart or every other Maharashtrian is Vada pawa❤️.

Here,is quick and easy recipe of Vada 

INGREDIENTS:

                          1)  3 boiled and smashed potatoes

                         2)green chillies (a.p.y.n)

                        3)carom seeds(ajwain)

                       4)  chickpea flour (besan)

                        5) 1 tea spoon turmeric 

                        6) mustard seeds 

                        7) cumin seeds 

                         8) salt (a.p.y.n) 

                         9) ginger garlic paste

                         10) Curry leaves

PROCEDURE 1: 

                        Add 2 table spoon oil in pan add carom seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds then curry leaves and green chillies and ginger garlic paste and add potatoes and turmeric ,salt give it a stir until the bhaji is done and let it rest . 

PROCEDURE 2 : 

                             Take bowl full of chickpea add salt and water as per your need and add carom seeds in it . Now take bhaji you made before make balls of it dunk it in chickpea mixture you created and the deep fry it in pan with medium to high flame and as your Vada get ready put it in pawa (Bun\Bread).

  Tip:fry the chillies in the oil which you fried Vada and place it in pawa along with vada
